Although Harbor 9 has been open for a few months, today marked the official ribbon-cutting ceremony, and of course, we were there! Hosted by the Greater Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce and attended by Gloucester Mayor Greg Verga, the event was a lot of fun.
The day was beautiful and sunny, with Chef Ross at the grill, whipping up what are unquestionably the best $5 burgers in town. Let me tell you about this masterpiece—handmade patties topped with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, special sauce, cheese, pickles, and diced red onions, all nestled between buttered, (I think brioche) grilled buns. Believe me when I say, they’re a must-try!
After devouring the delicious burgers, we all had the opportunity to try our hand at golf with Harbor 9’s state-of-the-art TrackMan golf simulators—the same technology used by PGA professionals. For novices like Pedro and myself, it was our first golf experience ever, and thanks to David’s expert guidance, we didn’t just get by—we managed to hit the ball a few times!
Harbor 9 is more than just a place for golfers; it’s a vibrant, gorgeous, welcoming space for everyone. Whether you’re swinging a club for the first time, enjoying live music, or chomping on their $5 burgers, Harbor 9 has something for everyone.
We are thrilled to watch Harbor 9 grow and become a beloved hub of entertainment here in Gloucester. Don’t just take our word for it, go and experience it for yourself!
