Terms and conditions
1. Service Scope:
The Sassy Square Flyers Pack (“Pack”) includes the design of digital flyers (“Flyers”) as specified in the purchased package.
Each Flyer includes one round of revisions. Additional revisions can be purchased at a rate of $65 per hour.
The client is required to provide all necessary details for each Flyer, including but not limited to dates, terms of sales or promotions, titles, and any other information relevant to their audience.
2. Standard Turnaround Time:
Clients are encouraged to plan accordingly and submit their design requests with sufficient lead time to meet their desired deadlines. The standard turnaround time for each design request is 5 business days from the receipt of all necessary information and materials from the client.
Revisions also have a turnaround time of 5 business days from the time the request for revision is received.
3. Rush Orders:
For clients requiring faster service, a Rush Order option is available at an additional cost of $14.99 per design.
With the Rush Order service, the turnaround time is reduced to 3 business days for both initial designs and revisions.
Please note that the availability of Rush Orders may be subject to current workload and needs to be confirmed with Sassy Square at the time of the request.
4. Package Validity:
The Pack is valid for 8 months from the date of payment. Any unused Flyers within this period will be forfeited without refund or credit.
5. Design Limitations:
The Pack does not include the following types of designs:
Menus with more than five items.
Large format designs exceeding 8.5×11 inches.
Animations, custom illustrations, carousel posts.
Any design estimated to exceed one hour of labor.
6. Printing Specifications:
Flyers are designed for printing up to a size of 8.5×11 inches.
Clients intending to print the Flyers must inform Sassy Square prior to the commencement of the design process to ensure appropriate formatting.
Sassy Square is not responsible for errors in information provided by the client or any issues arising after the client approves the design for printing.
7. Client Responsibilities:
The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information for each Flyer.
The client must review and approve each design before printing. Once approved, Sassy Square is not liable for any errors.
8. Intellectual Property:
All designs created under this Pack remain the intellectual property of Sassy Square until payment is received in full, after which the client obtains the usage rights.
Sassy Square retains the right to use any designs created in this Pack for its own promotional and advertising purposes.
9. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Clients may cancel their Pack within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided no design work has commenced.
Once a design has been started, no refunds will be provided.
10. Limitation of Liability:
Sassy Square’s liability under this agreement shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client for the Pack.
11. Amendments:
Sassy Square reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to existing clients and will apply to future orders.
12. Agreement to Terms:
By purchasing the Sassy Square Flyers Pack, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
